Worst App Ever!!!

Its clear this company could care less about its clients. Why do they even have a help section if they dont fix the problems? The forum online is riddled with problems too and its completely different for each browser. Ive tried to change my email multiple times and I never receive the confirmation email, so now I dont receive updates anymore. Worst thing is that they charge for this app and try to get people to donate online to prevent advertising. Guess its pointless to write this, but hopefully someone else wont waste their time or money and get suckered by these criminals.
